I know 75 is still a little warm for preventing cigar beetles, so, will it make a difference whether I keep it downstairs or upstairs?

Once it get's past 70 degrees, does the gradual increase in temperature indicate a gradual increase of beetle infestation?

Not serious enough to buy a wine cooler so right now I'll take my chances.
Never Had A Beetle In My Sticks @ 75 Degrees Max In My Storage Area, But I Had Some @ 78.
