As far as the Bolivar NC bands go, the two are totally different blends and cigars.
 The nc Bolivar with the pic of Simon Bolivar was originally created at the Villazon Factory by Estelo Padron. They have an Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper with Honduran and Nica fillers.  The other nc Bolivar was was blended by Daniel Núñez. They have a Honduran wrapper, Dom and Nica fillers.
