Tragic news indeed. I didn't want to believe it when I first heard about it.

Sad news indeed, this has been the toughest year or so for the NHL

That is now 3 former Avalanche players to pass away in a week.

Today the lone survivor of the Russian plane crash succumbed to his wounds and passed. Forgive the spelling, but, lokomotiv has officially withdrawn from this season. Hopefully they will be able to build themselves a great team, as they have vowed to rebuild.
