I HATE American. The few times I have flown them the service has been awful, the flights late, and once my bags were lost. They have the worst record for lost bags and delays from what i have read.
I fly United whenever I can, but sometimes the prices are higher. Southwest is in my opinion, the BEST as far as customer service and getting in on time. With your attitude Perry, you would fit right in with American!
