When the Blacks are on... they are on!
That said... I can only recall literally a handful that were on out of 50 or so that I've had. The regular NC Partagas that I've had have mostly been dog rockets. They had a seasonal line (Summer, Winter and Fall) that was phenomenal... I still have a box and a half from '04.
