For all your questions: It doesn't matter.

Flavors and strengths do not jump from one cigar to the other unless they are artificially flavored. As for cello, it's the most asked question on the boards and again, it doesn't matter.

There is one caveat: if you are buying flavored or infused cigars (like Acid's) then you need to keep those separate -- in a separate humidor. Otherwise they will taint your non-infused cigars.

Cello is a personal preference. I prefer to leave my cigars in the cello.
