This statement always kills me... Why would a girlfriend even have the authority to say what you can and can't buy?? I'm married and the wife does have a say... but she's my wife... not my girlfriend. Maybe the girlfriend will be pissed cuz you spent the money on it instead of her??? I don't think I would stand for that...

Haha well we will be getting married within the next two years. I know I know she shouldn't have as much pull as a wife would but I don't know how to say that without her either thinking I don't want to marry her or don't respect her. Any suggestions oh wise one?
