I don't like coffee, so I won't be trying that.

Ok. Here is what I did so far:

I tried the Bailey's by itself. It wasn't bad, but too creamy to drink straight.

I found something online called an "Irish Float" You put a can of Coke in the glass then a shot of Bailey's. This is very, very good!

My first taste of Baileys was in a "Brain Hemorrhage" . 2 parts Apple or Peach Schnapps , 1 part Baileys floated over the back of a spoon as to make it float in the center of the glass and then 1/2 part Grenadine syrup poured slowly through the center of the Baileys so it comes up in all the little crevices in the Baileys . Kinda looks like a little bloody brain floating in your glass and tastes like candy . You can also substitute red Slo-Gin for the Grenadine , takes away some of the sweetness and adds some hotness . I do now enjoy it occasionally straight . Hagendaz has a Baileys flavor ice cream that I would have to say is my favorite when available . I'm gonna have to try the Irish float .

Sorry you're not a coffee drinker.
Bailey's is one of the best coffee creamers ever made.

I'd never had Baileys' till last weekend at my wife's xmas party. Had it in some costa rican coffee.....YUMMY! I usually drink my coffee black and I love coffee, but I think I will always have some Bailey's on hand now....bought some carmel flavored this week and I'm loving it in my coffee in the evening!

I'll have to give the bailey's and Coke a try though....

Joseph
