Since the electric unit is in there, I would take out all the cigars and let it run for 2, 3 days. I would think it would be seasoned by then. Or just let it be and it will probably slowly rise as the weeks go by. Then you can control it where you want it.

Since the cigars are now in the low 60's, either way, imo. Don't worry about it too much, cigars are alot tougher than we give them credit for.

You are the man! Great advice right there. +1 on the cigars being fine and though. Once I learned this the storing of cigars became worry free for me. When seasoning the humidor be sure not to rush the process. Than when adding the cigars give it time for everything to acclimate.
