Yes

I have a bunch of these and they are great cheap lighters. Be careful not to push the cap on too hard or it will break, but other than that they work beautifully.

I did on one and the burner collects pocket lent but nothing unbearable.

I don't think I'd carry it in my pocket. If I wasnted to pocket carry a lighter I'd grab one of my Ronsons i think

I put all lighters in my pocket, I tend to wander around a lot while I smoke and I am bad about having to relight.

I gave one of these to my stepdad, sworn blazer user, and he cussed about how he had overpaid for his blazer because he thinks it works so well (he has had the Blazer for over 15yrs so I think he got his money's worth )
