I write poetry but don't think the work of submitting to small literary magazines, with an acceptance ratio of 50-to-one, is worth the effort. Typically my work is only seen by my mentor and one other.

But when a piece of whatever genre that has involved some sweat sees print, it is always a time for celebration.
