Ethiopia Beloya 25, roasted 2 days ago to city+, french press, splash. There is some blueberry. I'm hoping for more development with rest. Had this vacuum sealed in my freezer for more than 2 years, I'm surpised how good it is.

Cherry Hill Red Label Espresso Blend - lighter than their Gold label.

I've (finally) gotten my grinder dialed in and my technique in it's "sweet spot", allowing me to consistently bracket my pulls in the 26 to 29 second range for a double.

My at home espresso / latte experience has climbed up another notch.
