Going to my aunt's in Lexington for a Sedar. Bringing a smoked lamb leg I made this morning. I wonder if they'll want to bone for Sedar Plate? I am expecting the lamb to blow them away and be dish of the day.

That sounds great! We are in full cleaning mode here at home. Koshering the kitchen later today, making sure we've got everything right.
