If funds are not limited, try calling up Habanos Torres cigar and telling him what your dream cigar would taste like. I did this a few years ago and it is scary how close he came to getting that particular flavor profile.

Hmmm....what are the five best smokes I've had in a while;

- Padron 45th; maduro or regular...pick your fave. Both are fantastic. I'd smoke one of these a day if I could afford it. Awesome.
- Tatuaje Anarchy - marketing gimmics aside, this is one bad ass smoke. I put some down in the cabinet. Pair great with a stout malt beverage. Easily goes through two or three major flavor transitions during the smoke. Wonderfully complex, big and bad....
- Drew Estate Flying Pig - another very different vitola that is a wonderful treat. I put a box plus down...they are that good. Rich, full....nice.
- Don Pepin "My Father" Le Bijou 1922 - may have more spice than you are looking for but they are on the top of my list. I like them all; the Churchills and the Toros are wonderful, the little Petite Robusto is a killer "quick" smoke
- 2008 God of Fire by Carlito - Double Robusto - I was gifted a box of these just before the first of the year, and they are really something. Got to admit I'm not a big Fuente fan (other than the Anejo's) but these really deliver.

Not saying these are the "best" but they are smokes that recently caught my eye. Think I'll have one right now.....

Cheers, guys - N.F.H.
