ISO: Made in the USA cutters

I don't know that the subject is political. The siphoning of American companies to off-shore has been going on since the end of WWII. Both major political party voted to allow it to happen, so the subject is apolitical. Both parties are stupid.

Anyway, the subject of American made came up in this thread. I'd rather talk about cigars.
