Been crunching numbers, and it seems to make sense as long as I can figure out what to do next, and make sure whatever it is gives me some health insurance.

I would prefer to drive my car over and park it behind him and leave it there. Walk back into your house and about every 15-20 minutes press the panic button on your keys.
