I definitely prefer this over having to call in every time although I do find myself having to call to delete all my voicemails as it doesn't seem to delete it when you delete the message on the app. so that can be annoying when your deleting 70+ VMs one by one.

I haven't experienced that but then again I've only been using it a short time
