Good Mild-Medium cigars?

Good selections here already

I'd add the Hoyo de Monterrey (except Legends) line and most of Carlos Torano's stuff are mild/medium and tasty. Won't damage the bank account, either.

I would also add The Griffins to the list. Extremely well made mild bodied cigar.
