Making up a batch right now. Question...How long will it keep refrigerated (the finished product)? Any ideas?

Have a batch that's been in there for two and half months (last two jars). Good luck keeping it that long.

Yeah, as I was making it up last night, the fiancé says, "that smells just like apple pie. You're going to be a mess." I used an apple cider made from Honeycrisp apples, second in yumminess only to the Pink Lady.
