I also use a lot of Calphalon and have for years but their Non Stick is not the best at all. I have a few pieces of non stick Emerilware by All-Clad and it is great stuff. I am not fond of "sets" - shop sales at the big box home stores and find the individual pieces/brands that fit your needs. Since Martha Stewart bought out Emeril I am not sure what the status is with Emerilware but it will likely go to crap and be at KMart soon.
