The thing that gets most people is the sugars: sodas, creamers, butter, and dressings. A simple way to go about a food is to look at the nutritional facts...the less ingredients it has, the more likely it is better for you. All of the ingredients added to foods are by-products and are over-manufactured. They are simply fillers that are not healthy. Hope this helps some
