I don't disagree that many on the list deserve to be there. But the description alone doesn't tell the whole story. And if there were extenuating circumstances and the person eventually made things whole, do the list adminstrators remove the entry and/or issue an apology? Of course not. All I am saying is that the mechanics of the list is severely flawed.

Oh I do agree and I think the biggest thing they should do is give more of the story as to why the guy got put on there in the first place. As far as removing them I don't know, did the person make right cause they got caught or did the person make right cause they felt they themselves did the wrong thing? The whole reason of outing a cuban source is a stupid reason for being put on the list getting someone banned from a board sure but it has nothing to do with trading.
