Wii Sports Resort table tennis rocks! I particularly love the way my moron Mii stands on one side of the table after a return, leaving the opponent wide open for a slam. Or when I work the computer Mii way out of position, and the Wii "misinterprets" my topspin slam as a nice soft lob. I just had to shut the Wii off to save the new TV from a Wii remote related injury.

So, I'm playing mostly single player, and I'm just about up to the champion. It's just annoying when your Mii does stupid sh!t. Or when the AI gives itself a break, like a weak return of a topspin slam that just catches the edge of the table and bounces away, unreturnable... ![]() Swordplay is the same way. I studied Japanese martial arts for years, and the mechanics are very true to shinai sparring. Until you get up to the point where the AI can instantaneously change the angle of its sword 180 degrees... ![]() Posted via Mobile Device |
