Smoking suggestions?

I was able to get my hands on some of the Sam Adams Infinium (4 bottles), now I have to figure out what to smoke with it. It drinks like a champagne but ends more like a beer. Any suggestions? I may go with something like an Anejo, Between the Lines or My Father Limited Edition.
