That cigar cost $750? Wow, I guess the real question is how much it is worth. I would try to sell it for as much as possible and use the money for some baller CC's. Dunhill, Davi's, maybe a single 1492 if someone is willing to sell you one
That's just me though.

I wouldn't sell a cigar that was gifted to me. And I'd never spend that much coin on that stick so I would definately smoke it.
