Palio

I have both a Palio and Xicar and I choose my palio over my xicar every time. The Xicar never gives me a clean even cut. It always gives me an uneven 2 level cut. The best description I have heard of the palio cut is a hot knife through butter.

Even if I had a Palio, I'm fairly certain the XiKar would win out every time... they are just so damned nifty!
