Coffee Newb -- Where to start?

I have been very fond of www.unclebeanz.com Roasts when you order, and IMO a very high quality product. I have about 6 or 7 bags right now that my wife is burning through. As I am typing this, I am enjoying a cup of Jibaro that she made this morning. I also really like the PR Jayuya peaberry prob. my fav however I have many more to try.
