![]() The first 8 counts are concurrent, with a max term of 15 and parole eligibility after five. Count 9 is conseutive to count 8, so assumming he gets parole after 5, tack on another 18 months for count 8 before he's eligible for parole on that count, and count 10 is consecutive to count 9, so tack on another 18 months again. If my math is right and I heard her correctly, he has to do 8 years minimum before he hits the streets. Nice guess Dave! |
