Is the rebate form right in the liquor store? The OP mentioned receiving something in the mail ...

I've seen other rebates in the liquor store next to displays in the past, but would like to take advantage of this one to stock up a bit.

Last time there was a huge display that advertised it and the nice lady at the front encouraged me to buy 4 more bottles as she handed me my rebate form
