Cigar Caddy works good. If it is the small one without the pressure valve you might want to only latch one side.

tupperware or you can buy a cigar travel case

keep the cigars with your carry on. No issues as long as its just cigars.

Ziplocks will keep them from rolling around and the tupperware will protect them from being crushed.
