Keep chugging along brother!

You may have mentioned this before but how has the weight loss affected your cigar smoking?

None at all Vin, only the first 3 weeks after the surgery I couldn't smoke, but after the initial three weeks I could smoke what I want, when I want, just like before.

stepped on the scale this morning, lost 84 lbs since mid september. I'm getting there! I'm still a big boy with my 305lbs, but just 6 months ago it was much worse.

had a few appointments at the hospital last week and this week. I lost little over 98 lbs in almost a year time, my bloodwork is all good, cholestorol etc are all within the right margins, blood pressure 128/82, which is fine too. My BMI dropped from 56½ to 42½ which is an awesome drop.

The surgeon wanted to do the second part of the surgery (the actual splitting of the Duo Denum) asap but I decided to wait till after EPIC.

Ok I'll admit, I didn't read all 11 pages but the first and the last. Ferdie, keep it up Brother. Sounds like your in the right direction and doing well.

I didn't catch thru my scan info on employment but I'm hoping you found yourself a job with much less stress!

just got a call from the hospital, the next surgery is scheduled for november the 22nd, which is perfect. I will get back to The Netherlands from my Florida trip and the EPIC herf on the 17th, we have a herf planned here saturday the 20th and I will have to check myself in at the hospital on sunday the 21st.
