Cohiba NC Siglo Series

I'm not sure of the Cohiba connection other than the blatant ripoff of the Cohiba band. To the best of my knowledge, the manufacturer makes no mention of Cohiba in any of their marketing or nomenclature.

Being that they're made by Altadis, are they a rip-off or a "line extension"?
