Love the new laser engraving being done this brings the humidor a much needed personal touch to whoever bought these.

It's Maple.... the curl gives it away.... Here's one out of Hickory for reference...

Agreed. I wasn't arguing, just saying that by looking at the picture, to me it looked like it had more characteristics of hickory, except for the "curl" (that's what I was referring to by "rays").
