I went to hot sauce store a while back and they sold the actual capsacin (spelling?) course you had to sign a waiver to get it but they sold it. came in a little metal vial.

I've had this first one. Unreal hot. I'm not a hot sauce guy, but even the brave guys I knew were in pain. It's called "Pain Is Good"
