Bad Luck? Or Bad Company?

I used cbid for a few years before CI sold out to Swedish Match. I had a few problems here and there but nothing worth getting all bent out of shape for until I had a problem with CI shipping me 2 boxes of damaged cigars. The wrappers were cracked on 8 to 10 cigars, out of 25, in each box. When i called them they were questioning my request for replacement/refund like I had damaged them or something. It seemed like they thought I was trying to hook them for free cigars. Anyway, I got it straightened out after jumping through a few hoops and getting a rep from the cigar manufacturer involved. After that I decided that my money is to hard earned for that BS and took my business elsewhere. Thank you for letting me vent.
