I used to never wear a helmet on a bicycle 25-30 years ago and I'd run down the canyons doing 40+. I bought a motorcycle and wouldn't go around the corner for a pack of gum without a helmet. Now I couldn't think of riding my bicycle without one. Two years ago after crashing who knows how many times, I finally used my bicycle helmet. Glad I did.
