![]() At my usual gym I basically have the option for an overhand grip or a neutral grip, Leo. Nice thing about my new (lockdown) gym is they have rings hanging from the ceiling, so I am able to get an awesome stretch using those. Going to flip flop and do legs today and chest tomorrow.
