Just in from the Storm

I just use my blender. 1 cup milk - 130 cal, 1/2 avocado 120 cal, 1 banana 105 cal, scoop protein 120 cal, ice cubes and a little water to thin it out if necessary.
475 calories, total, and it will keep you full all morning. The 1/2 avocado sounds weird, but it makes the shake smooooooooth as an ice cream shake. Tastes great, too.

My wife and I have and use one. So far so good and I think it's a good buy, especially if you can find one on sale.
