Palio comment, Xikar question

That's what I thought but I've tried it with two retailers and have been told both times to send it in.

I think the Palio is okay. It is darned purdy though. I feel that my Xikar cut better when it was still operational. I prefer the Xikar Multi-Tool scissors the best though.
