My thoughts exactly when posting the line. I think that changing the definition of a stop sign to "sub 2mph" vs a full stop would save millions of gallons of gas every year. That initial point of inertia has gotta be ugly from an energy use standpoint.
Absolutely! Not to mention that it'd save me $$$ in rolling stop tickets! I've accumulated, oh, just a few in my time...
