Sumatra Lintong Tano Batak Roasted 2 days ago to just FC, drip, Silk. Tried for city+ but even though I stopped just at the 1st sign of 2nd crack, it came out darker than I liked. Still, EXCELLENT! Complex, sweet, loaded with that funky earthiness of a good Sumatran. I'm liking this one a LOT __________________ Ad majorem Dei gloriam!
