Two weeks ago I was out of town when UPS was supposed to deliver a package for me. So I went to their website and paid $5 to have the package delivered the day after I got home. The day I was supposed to receive the package it didn't arrive. I got online and checked the tracking and someone at UPS had had the package returned to the sender on that date instead of delivering it to me. So take heart, it's not just the USPS that has the occasional SNAFU.
