Hit my goal finally
 

So started 11 months ago and finally reached my goal. Down to 179lbs from 267!!

Excited as hell. In the process I have done the right things and look tone and have a six pack starting to come thru. Now to work on getting more defined and muscle tone.

It can be done !!

180 is a good weight, that's what the USAF always wanted me to be, but I couldn't do it with them offering
5 meals a day if you knew where to get em.
