They just opened a place next to my gym too, and brought free samples yesterday. Best thing were the protein waffles, they were great. The rest? Meh. I'd rather have a kebab place.

That sounds great, wish I could find a place like that. Did find a good Asian joint about a mile from the house that load up the quality protein (steak, chicken, pork, shrimp) for me, I get 2 + meals out of one large order.

International Chest Saturday tomorrow, hoping the place ain't packed with spring breakers like last Saturday again. :bx

Heavy breasts, isn't that a title to an AC/DC song?

Gym not open today, so just a run on the beach.

Legs for me too, went heavy on the presses and medium on the still slightly tweaked hammie.

Hockey season starts Friday, time to get my Wheaties. Not sure when the Kabob joint is actually going to open, looks like they've got a bunch of work to do.

Have any of you researched or tried Intermittent Fasting? I know some of you do fasted workouts. A guy I'm working with told me about the concept of IF and how it supposedly helps shed fat. Been reading a bit about it and it sounds intriguing, although will be tough to retrain the brain to not eat ever 3 hours. Looking for real world results before I make up my mind.
