Favortite Workout Music
 
I find music amps me up... some of the stuff on my gym MP3 Player:

Propagandhi
Shai Hulud
Set It Off
Crown The Empire
Pierce The Veil
We Came As Romans
Thursday
Stick To Your Guns
August Burns Red
Hatebreed
Hopesfall


There's a ton other, I'll post em up once I'm home and not trying to do this off of memory... :D

If you have Pandora, put it on the LMFAO station. Lots of workout music on that station.

I just started listening to dubstep (Skrillex etc...) while working out, normally I cant listen to much "techno" type music but while working out it works

Everything Tom and Bill listen to plus I throw in a little skrillex, rihanna, K West, bowie and some other dub step and techno. Anything to keep me moving.

It's weird because I only listen to my workout music in the gym...almost never any other time. If I overplay a song, I lose interest and it doesn't pump me up quite as much. But anyways, among my favorites include:

a few bands there is havent heard of.

Anyways, for the most part metal and progressive metal.

Periphery is fun to work out to.

Well I don't work out but when I'm working stuff that gets me through the day is slipknot, hed pe, ministry, pantera, nonpoint, motley crue, sleigh bells, innerpartysystem, and system of a down
