Keep up the good work, Greg! :tu

Bob, I would suggest a week or two with a trainer to give you an idea on split routines, equipment function, different ways to increase intensity, and a multitude of other things. I think it gives you a good base to work with. I personally believe that one should be able to motivate themselves once at the gym, so I would only recommend the personal training for a short period to learn and develop that base, and then train on your own. But everyone is different, and I'm for whatever get you (and keeps you) in the gym.

Thanks Tom, that's what I was thinking too. Hard to justify the cost to myself, especially since I don't have the money.

Focused more on hams

Seated leg curls 6x10

Chest yesterday. Strength was low after a tough hockey game Thursday night, so went volume and shorter rest between sets.

Back day today, get your lats a runnin', head out to the T-bar.....looking for a pump...and some chicks to come my way.....

Just started lifting again. Sore as can be. Did chest and tri's. Kept it light, but aching is not. Going to Symphony with the better half. I am going to be walking around like lug in pain... Stretching the best I can.

Not Saturday night kept cinching up and walking like Frankenstein... Today I will work out again and should feel better, and do all the parts I missed on the last workout.

Trying to keep it 2-3 days a week.

Give 'em Hell, Moses! :tu

Leg day today, got an Olympic bar with some shoulders supports and did some squats. Neck hurts a little but it was worth it. After that just some hammie curls. Gonna take tomorrow off, and stay on my 4 on, 1 off schedule the next couple weeks.

An hour? Cardio for an hour for a warm up? Wtf... that’s like going down on a girl for an hour and saying that’s foreplay.
