I thought you were doing 12oz beer curls with one arm and chruchill curls with the other at Robosto's Cigar lounge the other night:r

Week #2 for me doc just checked the hips and back and said I can up the weight another 20lbs, good news for me

Good luck with the appointment
My doc is from the Palmer School of Chiro and has a spinalator roller table in his office that he lets me swing in and use at no charge to keep my reconstructed crap loose it's a miracle worker for me :2

Instinctive training....better that you go for the PRs on a day when all cylinders are firing. :tu

session was cut short when, at the bottom of a squat, I heard my shorts rip. :r :r :r

I did manage to get in some good stiff-legged deads (worked up to and down from 300 even) and a couple sets of 225 squats. I planned to get in some more squats and some leg presses; but I was too embarrassed that I "smitdavi'd" in public. :r

If you were working out with Peter, your shorts might have not been the only thing "ripping" in the vicinity, Dokk. ;)

Felt lots of energy today after squats and hamstring curls, so I did some heavy seated militarys, seated dumbbell militarys and shrugs to cap off a good work out.

Started changing my diet this week, cutting out the snack cakes and crap like that. working on that and walking daily again.
