I skip breakfast on lifting days (can't lift with solid food in my stomach).

I eat a big lunch....a bigger afternoon snack....a biggerer dinner. Then I really start eating. :r

I don't lift until afternoon, so a smaller breakfast/lunch works for me and then after lifting have my biggest meal of the day

Makes sense....I get up, take my Aleve, enter the Asylum while it kicks in, then hit the NO before I leave.

I haven't tried it yet....never had much luck with Gaspari products, but I got a free sample from bodybuilding.com and I will give it a try on Tuesday (back day).

If you like it, I found it on NetNutri.com for $29.95, more than $9 cheaper than bodybuilding.com

Supplement Warehouse has brutal customer reviews. I just found it for 31 at FitRx right down the street from my house...so if I like the sample, I will give it a try.

there website?

The store is about a mile from my block so all I do is find the lowest online price, show it to them, and get what I want without having to wait for shipping for that low price

Yes, the website, sorry for the confusion. The on-line company's average rating is 1.3 out of 5 stars. The storefront would be fine for me, but I wouldn't order from the site.

yah...the only reason I use the storefront is I'm impatient and hate waiting for shipping
