thanks Christos.. its great, alot of people i work with and family members have all gone on diets and have lost lot of weight,it really is great, because its always a pleasure to see people doing well.. might be the best gift of all

Happy Anniversary to you and your wife. It Was a pleasure hanging out and smoking a few sticks Tuesday and getting your opinion on RNY and what's worked for you. Hopefully we can do it again soon.

THanks guys. Ive started to notice more fluctuation lately.

Oh and for calories, i take in anywhere from 950-1050 a day now. Wheeww lol

Today is fun... Today is my 8 month anniversary, and i started seeing my nutritionist roughly 11 months ago.. And low and behold, today was 195lbs, down 170lbs.. yay

and today i get to see my nutritionist again. cant wait!
