Welcome back Jay.

Shoulders today. Felt pretty nice today, woke up late so had to take my pw on a empty tank.

Behind neck smith machine presses 4x10
Arnold presses 4x8
Side lat raises 8x10
BB upright row ----- bb shrugs 5x10
DB front raises ----- db shrugs 4x10

Finished off with a couple triceps exercises.

Back and shoulders was a little rough today with my rotator cuff acting up. It hasn't hurt like this in a long time. Have no idea what I did to bother it. Rested all weekend but woke up Monday with it hurting just to turn on a light switch.

Ouch. I had the same problem earlier this year. Went away after about 2 weeks. Lighter workload and ibuprofen helped me. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

My left rotator cuff has been shot for 6 months, Andrew. I had an issue with the right one maybe 9 years ago, and it eventually healed without surgery. This one seems a bit more serious, but I am still hoping it will heal in time...of course, I continue to lift heavy anyway. :r

Shoulder is feeling little better today. Been in a bad mood all day today so when my gym partner said "lets go to best buy then to the pub" a reply from me was unnecessary. Thank goodness they still have Founders Breakfast Stout. Man, do I ever feel guilty though.

Went to GNC after trying some PW samples, guy told me to try M5... what the hell. I got some and will test it tonight. Anyone else try this before?

Had my official weigh-in today. Started during the summer of 2011 at 6'0" and 155 pounds. Today, I'm the same height but 198 pounds! Very happy to no longer look like a string bean!:D

Never heard of it, but Cellucor stuff has never done anything for me and they are always overpriced

I have never tried it, Dan, nor any other products from Cellucor.
